We were greeted at the door and assured that there would be someone to help us in just a minute. In the mean time, we used their facilities, which were neat and clean, well organized and refreshing. Upon being greeted by Rick, he remembered my phone deposit and went to get the mower, rode it around to us and let us ride it and check it out. He demonstrated every feature and gave some pointers on operating this particular mower.
